My antivirus said VirTool:Win32/VBInject.gen!BW virus embeeded in the file.
I would like to download this file but first I want to be sure that it has no virus.
Well, the Nirsoft's address is visible on the picture, so why not download it from there? They do make nice utilities...

ATENTION ATTENTION: VirusTotal is a free service offered by Hispasec Sistemas. There are no guarantees about the availability and continuity of this service. Although the detection rate afforded by the use of multiple antivirus engines is far superior to that offered by just one product, these results DO NOT guarantee the harmlessness of a file. Currently, there is not any solution that offers a 100% effectiveness rate for detecting viruses and malware.
Comodo shows Backdoor.Win32.PoisonIvy.Gen
I don't know if it truely is but either way, that is the application response.
I am taking its response as a personal preference and deleted it.
