Would like to install WMP 11 to a win 11 offline image, done some searching & with MS too though some mentioned it cannot be done, no joy in locating a download even in UUP? If someone could send a few pointers in achieving this please?
Legacy windows media player exist in windows 11 ( its windows media player 12 , downgrade not possible )
Ok perhaps my wording was not so great. Can the WMP12 be added in an offline win11 wim? If so where can I download this? Not interested in installing with a working online image using store.
MS also rebranded WMP12 to Windows Media Player Legacy in both Windows 10 and 11, as they have a newer Media Player app available now. Which supports more media formats like mkv files.
