Working Win10Pro to Win10Pro-WS upgrade via HWID Entitlement?

    Is there still a working method to convert Win10Pro to Win10Pro for Workstation that will activate and get digital entitlement license for life of the machine that will survive a clean install? I have not done this in a while and my old method does not seem to work anymore.
