WU offering to install Office 2007 SP3

    I have Office 2007 installed with all updates up to June 2014 and Windows Update is offering me to install SP3 which is already included in my install. The strange thing is that the update is only 16.9 MB. Anyone know what KB this might be? The normal SP3 is over 300 MB. It wants to install 2 files.

    Looking at the creation dates, shouldn't these already be part of the normal SP3 service pack?

    They seem to be updates to the french and Spanish language packs.
    Not to sp3, but for sp3
