Dear Team, I've purchased the MC7710 Card (Sierra Wireless AirPrime MC7710 3G 4G LTE/HSPA+ GPS module Unlocked) and wanted to connect to the internet through my data enabled SIM inserting into the SIM slot. However, the card is not even showing up in the device manager. Neither it is showing in BIOS. I understood that it may be a problem of BIOS Whitelist. Can you please guide me to successfully enable the Card and Connect to Internet. The details of my PC and others are given below: PC: Fujitsu Lifebook T732 (non-Vpro), WWAN Ready OS: Windows 10, Fall Creator's Update BIOS Version/Date: FUJITSU // Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Version 1.06, 30-08-2013 HDD: SSD 1050GB, Crucial (upgraded from original 320GB HDD) RAM: 8GB PNP Device ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&SUBSYS_161C10CF&REV_04\3&11583659&0&C8 Looking forward to you kind support.
Thanks for the link. But the driver is for vPro system and didn't install. Can you please find out such executable file for non-vPro system?
What I also found that the WWAN is also not showing in BIOS. Whereas previously it was there as WWAN - enable / disable option. Please help me.
I've seen that. But at least bios should show the WWAN module. WWAN Card may be blocked due to whitelisting.
That's why I linked to them threads. If you've read them both you'll understand that your device requires a custom BIOS and that custom BIOS can only be applied with a CH341A programmer. The BIOS won't always show the hardware that it's rejecting.
