Since you are using an Intel MoBo (and by implication an Intel processor), the easiest (and also the best) method is to replace the OEMBIOS files in a win XP Pro OEM SP3 CD with Genuine C&C OEMBIOS files posted by crypto here using UltraISO or MagicISO.

You do not even need to tattoo your BIOS with SLP strings for this!

You can learn how to get an untouched ISO of win XP Pro OEM SP3 CD in Oz's post here.

Or you can directly download it here (568.2 MB RARed file).

technically, if the iso has sp3 slipstreamed into it IT IS NOT UNTOUCHED.

Slipstreamed by whom? That's what matters!

If the ISOs were slipstreamed by micr0$0ft, then technically THEY ARE UNTOUCHED!

To check for oem slp string on your motherboard via Bootable USB flash Drive
    http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/9795-The-Windows-XP-OEMBIOS-Archive?p=377705&viewfull=1#post377705

    To Pre-activate Windows XP

    • You Need
      • OEM SLP String on Motherboard
      • OEMBIOS FILES Which match your SLP string on your motherboard
      • SLP Windows Product Key

OEM String + OEMBIOS FILES + SLP Product Key = Offline Pre-activation

That means it is not an OEM-supplied system.

But if this machine also has an 1ntel processor then you are lucky.

You don't need to tattoo your BIOS with OEM SLP strings.

Just use Genuine C&C OEMBIOS files as I mentioned earlier here.

You can preactivate a system even without any OEM SLP strings present in the BIOS.
