In my experience realvnc seem to be slower? RDP uses its own graphics driver thats why I think its faster. is there a website that has reviews on that?

    thanks

I upgraded my HP computer to XP PRO just because of there was no remote desktop server in XP Home but I did it for free because my HP computer's bios already had SLP 1.0 built in.

You need to connect to your remote desktop using RDP tool or remote support services such as gosupportnow, logmeinrescue etc. Once connected to your remote desktop, login as guest->control panel->user accounts->Advanced->managed passwords.
