The key you have is oem COA as you said you can activate over the internet with that also you can only use it so many times then you need to call MS for a new key so i wouldn't be using it on VM machine use it on your real machine. the Key that you got from technet is oem SLP key, As for activation you will probably need to get Asus oem bios files.

Ok, this isn't a OEM CD but a retail CD (CRC=2B9D18CF), so you can enter an SLP key but can't activated.
You need to replace the 4 oemfiles (oembios.*) and the setupp.ini file from your CD with oemfiles from a manufacturer to have an OEM CD. Then add the slp string in the bios (request for a mod bios or use DMI tool). And enter an SLP key.

When i said this is not an OEM CD, i would say that "this is an OEM CD but not for preactivation or a retail CD", just for retail or OEM COA keys, not for SLP keys with preactivation.

    Thanks

I see that XP say serial not good and when i put my serial it's OK i don't know why it's a VLK serial in the winnt.sif .

So i edit winnt.sif and put the good serial or use pidgen.dll and dpsdll.dll from my VLK cd of XP.

Just the files pidgen.dll and dpsdll.dll is find on the old hard drive i don't know why it's VLK .
