XP Pro French VLK to OEM

    I have been trying to find french XP SP3 in OEM or Retail and cannot.
    I have the VLK release in French.
    Can I use the files from English ISO and which ones besides OEM Bios ?

    I copied files from XP Pro SP3 OEM English:

    DPCDLL.DL_
    PIDGEN.DLL
    SETUPP.INI
    SETUPREG.HIV
    PID.INF
    OEMBIOS.BI_
    OEMBIOS.CA_
    OEMBIOS.DA_
    OEMBIOS.SI_

    And pasted them in the I386 folder of the French XP Pro SP3 VLK CD
