ive seen these files in both office 2010 and visual studio 2010 why are they there?

is microsoft just using the same way to activate all of them now or are all of them slic able?

AKA able to put the slic in your bios for auto activation of office 2010 visual studio 2010 and windows 7

I don't think you need to activate Visual Studio 2010, even though those files are part of the setup, unless MS has decided otherwise, which wouldn't surprise me.
