What build of OBS? Did you try both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries? Are you using the Application dropdown list to select the game you want to record, or using the hotkey hook; and if using the hotkey hook, are you pressing that key after the recording has started?

I'm not on 10TP currently; was downloading a new iso currently though, and I have been getting into recording with OBS lately...

OBS is working fine here with x264 encoder.

I tried the AMD VCE build with VCE encoder, and it refused to load the plugin. Probably something AMD-related. But in any case, the standard x264 encoder was fine; recorded both gameplay and webcam for me.

Edit: The AMD VCE build works too after installing the correct VC++ redist.
