I first started out using the AS-5 long time ago but after a short while I switched to the MX-4 because I like it better

Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme or Noctua NT-H1 for my important builds.

MX-4 for everything else, spreads very nice.

Used Arctic MX3 for a long time and after they stopped that moved to MX4, and never had regret that!

Arctic Silver 5 for me .... works well , dramatic improvement in temps !

I know there are more expensive ones aimed at heavy gamers and over-clockers , but that's not me.

It tastes nice as well , and gets your teeth white :)

    Lol @ Joe.

Arctic Silver 5 is all I use. I go through 12g every 1-2 months. I have tons of that silica paste stuff that came free with heatsinks, but it makes such a mess.
