I have installed double boot on my desktop, to be able to use Win11 also. Which by now works fine. This has changed my Win 7 installation from MBR to GPT, which in turn disables the Daz Loader. So after starting I get the famous "not genuine" window pop up. My question Is that all that will happen, or is there a limit to the number of boots that is allowed, and after those, there will something like the blue screen? Or, can I simply click on "not now" and go on as long as I use Win 7? Which would be simplest solution.... Thank you
It will certainly nag you to death, but blue screens are unlikely. You might try converting to Enterprise edition and using a kms activator. I expect the Ultimate to Enterprise conversion Daz described in his q&a post could be applied in reverse. Of course, I never actually tried it.
Thank you, I know, I know.... You see, I am an old man who is not very good at Computers. It took me all together two weeks to get double boot working. I am happy to click on win 11 oder win 7, when offered at computer start up. I already know about the kms solution, but as long as all I have to do is click on "not now" I am quite happy... So, thank you, may MS nag me until the end....
