@turd420, mcafee at 1st prevented opening the jdownloader page & then totally blocked the download of jdownloader!!! @urie, youtubedownloaderhd is no more the freeware it used to be!!! @gorski, i never use firefox...know any for internet explorer9!!!
I find VSO Downloader 2 works better for me for more websites and faster than YouTube Downloader, I am also using patch for Ultimate version. Great software
What do you mean I just downloaded youtubedownloaderhd portable version from link I posted it is free. I also tried downloading no problems.
@ xpvista7ubuntu, fair enough as I said I didn't run the installer I just downloaded the portable infact it is just the same YouTubeDownloaderHD.exe file you get when you use the installer it can be unpacked with universal extractor it is innosetup installer.
@urie, the portable version needs a configuration settings/notepad/.ini file along with it to function!!! if i delete this file it comes back again when i exit the portable youtubedownloaderhd!!! @jayblok, can you please help/show how to make this script thingy work in internet explorer 9???
the YouTubeDownloaderHD.ini justs stores the path to where you want to save your files saves you having to select your download folder every time a 1kb file nothing to worry about
Make it easier on yourself: just like the rest of us, having a few browsers, install Firefox, don't be a princess and just use it for D/L from YT and alike... There, done...
