I cannot connect to Uplay and Ubisoft does not know why. If I fresh-install Win10 1607-14393 or 1703-15063 + drivers, then there's absolutely no problem with logging in, but even after fresh default Win10 1709-16299 install on formatted SSD, Uplay keeps giving me "Ubisoft Service Not Available" error and adding all the related .EXE files to Windows Firewall did not help. I realize this is a bit software-specific, but is there a way to somehow trace or figure out what the problem is? It's something new in Fall Creator's Update... P.S. I do not use Proxies.
