all of those were already disabled. ended up doing a clean install and now back to silent pc again. reckon it was one of ms bad updates as it only started recently, rolled back a few updates, no change, couldn't roll back one update as it threw up an error and as usual, searching the error gave only vague answers and a bunch of garbage websites and youtube videos with bogus solutions. no component store corruption was found and nothing with sfc scan either. ms seriously need to do better but it seems they are too busy messing with Ai, f'ing with the windows UI and breaking stuff.
