64GB USB flash drive problem

    All that said, my advice: Send you device back to the re-seller or manufacturer.

    well iv had a bit of success:)
    HPUSBDisk managed to format it to fat32
    from there NTFS to FAT32 Wizard formated to ntfs.
    all the wintousb programs refused to work obviously because they attempt to format the usb to ntfs which it just will not do.
    so i settled at fat32 and used power iso to make a bootable win8.1 usb.
    when ok to %40 install then had a error "corrupt disk".so i think it may be faulty.
    i found loads of sites with people with the same problem as mine out of interest.
    i think its the end of the road for this usb as bootable media.

    It's 2TiB for FAT32 and 16TiB if you use 4KiB sectors.
