I'm running around in circles and would really appreciate some help. I want to make a OEM DVD for Fujitsu Seimens. I have the BIOS mod for SLIC 2.1, the cert file, and a key. Can I use the Vista OEM folder and replace the key and cert with the one I have for Win 7? I can't find a "OEM" folder for Win 7 so I don't know how it differes from Vista. Thanks
Hi ive recieved today a Dell Home Premium install disc, it came with a Vostro PC but its 32bit, is there anyway to make it into a 64bit version? What I mean is are all the files on one disc or would they be 2 different discs?
Meaning what, there should be and it's missing. Or that there is no OEM folder on a Fujitsu OEM DVD? What do I need to activate the windows if I have the Key and SLIC 2.1 with a Fujitsu XRM file. Where do I put my license file on the DVD and the serial for unattended?
I want to know is this the original HP ultimate oem folder , and if it is then where i need to put it to create HP ultimate dvd . Do i need to put that folder to Sources and just paste it there ?
Okei , i will put , thanks for answer . But can you say to me is that the original HP ultimate folder or are these files in there fake . Downloaded from hotfile & searched from google it ..
No the 64-bit would not be on the same disc. In order to go 64-bit, you would have to do a fresh install as you would not be able to upgrage from 32 to 64.
Hi, great thread! I need your help. My notebook Samsung R522-JS04 - with Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit - haven't DVD OEM disc provided. It have a hidden recovery partition. I want to create a DVD OEM (Samsung) Windows 7 Home Premium x64 disc, to use my original Key and certificate. I have just downloaded Windows 7 x64 Ultimate MSDN ISO (editing ei.cfg, I can change it to Home Premium...). Where can I found the $OEM$ folder for my Samsung? Sorry for my poor English. Thank you! MrDOS
I looked at the folder and it does not appear to be original HP, Sorry. You can use any HP $OEM$ folder and just change the key.
