The $oem$ folders listed here are wonderful but I was wondering if my laptop has one on it, I do not have the install disk but my laptop has a 15gb OEM partition on it, is there anything I can get from there? -- Edit: Also, Can someone update the fist post with the new link?..
Great work thanks. I made my first one with no problems at all. I have a few questions which were probably alredy answered but I can't find the answers while checking all 67 pages. 1. I want to put in some drivers and updates using Vlite. Do I add the OEM folder and edited ei.cfg before or after Vlite or does it matter? 2. I want to make a single DVD combining both the x86 and x64 of the same Win7 version. Do I add the OEM folder and edited ei.cfg before or after the conversion?
It doesn't matter bro, $oem$ folder is not affected, for AIO make sure the $oem$ folder is in your x86\sources folder..
A "newbie" question...sorry folks I have just downloaded the above which i believe is a bunch of diff "Oem's" for Laptops...I have a Win7 disk that has already been modified to install "most" of the Win7 Editions, but i would like to add these "oem's" to that disk. I located the $oem$ directory and was under the impression to just "copy" the downloaded oem's to this directory, but it seems it wants to overwrite certain files...How can i add these "oem's" to my existing Win7-disk so that when i install win7, it will automatically activate the appropriate edition with the corresponding oem? For example, one of the OEM's was called ---> "Acer_Home_Premium"<-- that has a subdirectory called $oem$ ...or can i just load Daz's Windows Loader instead...
just tried adding some certificates...Although it DOES show the "Brand" of the pc, it tells me 3 days still to activation...after using Daz's Loader...WHALLA...fully activated....think i'll rather leave the "activation manually" method to the "Fundi's" and just use Daz's Windows Loader...works like a CHARM! thx Daz Matter of interest....the "Certificates", do they have the licenses embedded, or is there another place where i have to insert the actual "key" ?
Hi, I've download the pack from post #554 and i'd like to know how to make an oem folder with it. thanks for your help in advance.
