    The tweaker does not modify registry keys (except it's own settings).
    It injects a dll to explorer, and hooks some functions.

    Would it be possible to make a version that makes the changes permanent? This is a great program, but it's annoying to have to run it every time I turn my computer on.

    Choose to run the tweaker at startup in it's settings.

    Updated, with some interesting features:
    Reordering of taskbar buttons within a group.
    Per Application ID grouping/labeling.
    Multiple windows close/minimize/cascade/tile/etc.
    Grouping whatever you want with whatever you want!

    Mine just started doing this, and cannot update with latest version. Did you get resolution?
