8.1 Photo app not showing any images

    I have lots of images in my Pictures library, but 8.1 photos app shows nothing at all, any ideas ?

    EDIT - Looking in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps - there is nothing named Photos anywhere in that dir

    Fixed it, I took ownership of and granted my account permissions on the Pictures folder, once I had done that, everything appeared in the Photo app

    8 and 8.1 seem to have a lot of permissions problems

    Thanks for the help though, I couldn't have done it without you all
