@Shwarc If you'r interested. IE packages can be further reduced (almost ~ 50%) if diff patching folders instead of compressing. It may not seem much for one package only but in grand total there will be a notable saving. I would estimate ~ 600 MB in s(h)aving for each service pack level.
Interesting. What format is this? What programs work with it? But for my own use. I think WebArchive needs more popular formats (rar, zip, 7z)
