    Is called: BlueScreenOfDeath BSOD!

Mainly points to an slightly Memory Problem, special if no messages are on screen! Coming from air moisture and/or dust.

    You could try the following:
    1. down the PC
    2. remove the Memory Module('s)
    3. use an soft Pencil Rubber for to clean the Connector feet's of the Module('s)
    4. place the Memory Module('s) one by one back and start the PC for to check.

The same happens quite often in Thailand and most of the time the above procedure works fine most of the time.

That's the default 8.x background color. You'll get that if Explorer crashed.

That could be too! Just in 70-80% of such outcome, in my office and those of my customers, it's what I explained above.

OK, we're near to the Sea (Gulf of Thailand) and also having quite polluted air. Than the temperature is all times quite high, above 30°C and many offices didn't use Air Conditioners, include mine! At this very time the temp in my office is 31°C!

By the way, the color for both situation is the same!!

Have a look in Event Viewer & see what's giving you errors in System...

I'll wait until I get this screen again (I changed the background color of Start Screen).

If it's a memory issue you'd normally have a lot of application crashes. Again, these would also be in the event logs...
Easy enough to run memtest overnight to eliminate ram as culprit...

Something whats happen sometimes in a long while, is simply very normal! And for sure it's maybe everything but a bug! In that regard the title is very misleading!
