A folder hang my computer

    I am using Windows XP sp3. I have a External 500 GB HDD, all Backups are in HDD. There is Photos, Songs and videos. If i open my videos, images or songs it working prefect. When i open one folder my computer will be hang. No working keyboard and mouse. Just work CTRL+Alt+delete only. Inside that folder i saved videos.

    I checked on another computer that folder worked perfect.

    any one may help me please.

    Check in event viewer for errors during the time your pc hanged.

    Please post the eventID and info on the error here.

    I will check it out.

    ps : if you have a dmp file, post it also. I'll debug it to see what pops out...
