    Please i need a softare tool for add Language pack to Windows 8.1 iso image installation setup disc. Do you know and tell me? Thank you in advance

    Windows Hotfix Downloader 5.9 has an option for this but I guess it will only allow you to do so if you're running windows 8.1.

    Can anyone confirm it?
