Where I can find these VersionDescriptor.xml file? And where I can find download links for Office 2016 C2R?

^ cab+psf isn't integrating to the 1st and the 3rd indexes without a GUI, seems like build/LCU issue

 

I'm seeing that when the PSFX MSU Maker script builds an MSU, it does not contain a wsusscan.cab. When an equivalenet MSU is downloaded from MSFT, that MSU contains a wsusscan.cab. Example: The downloaded Windows11.0-KB5023778-x64.msu contains the wsusscan.cab. The Windows11.0-KB5023778-x64.msu, that is generated by PSFX MSU Maker, has no wsusscan.cab.

Is the the wsusscan.cab needed in the MSU?

 

PSFX_Repack_6

When DISM installs a *full_psfx.ESD update file, are the DesktopDeployment.cab or *AggregatedMetadata.cab files needed to install the ESD?

 

PSFX_Repack_6 creates the *full_psfx.cab and terminates, but this .cab file doesn't have an update.mum.
ESD files create successfully, and appear complete. I can install the ESD with DISM successfully.

 

@abbodi1406 how to integrated net framework 4.8 into ltsc 2019/2021 iso using one of ur tools?
