1.Because it fixes pending problem which break building iso. 2.Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version are Lite iso versions, which means No appx or NDP481 are added into the iso. Best part is once i go online, icon of the appxs will appear on StartMenu, which means i can select the ones i want to install, and they will be installed automatically to the latest version and i can use wushowhide.diagcab to hide NDP481 updates as well.
Once Servicing Stack is added to install.wim, CU will fail because of pending. How to commit changes without unmounting ? Testing if CU will be added without unmount, If this is the case, will you add after Servicing Stack is added to install.wim ?
SSU never cause any pending, if added first alone to clean or unpending image + you should use LCU msu, no cab+psf
