The answer is in there. "Full ResetBase is automatically disabled for build 18362 and later.", no matter what you select. It was primarily an issue in the 1809 (rs5) era.
If I understood this correctly, it's auto disabled even if I set it to 1 in ConvertConfig.ini But W10 21H2 ISOs with ResetBase option are smaller than ISOs with cleanup only for me I guess I don't get your reply correctly
alright, so it's only for 1809, thank you the confusing part in ReadMe is "for build 18362 and later", and I thought that it's still the case for 21H2 and later
On later builds the LCU cleans up after itself and the resetbase is ran for the other updates like NDP4x and such, afaik.

In this latest version KMS_VL_ALL v45, when unzipping and burning to an installation DVD, running as administrator get this message " ==== ERROR ==== Required file bin\x64.dll is not found. Verify that Antivirus protection is OFF or the current folder is excluded." When execute KMS_VL_ALL v45 in a local disk, it works fine.
Would it be possible to make a version of the script which doesn't generate the .bat file on the desktop when the update is done? If i understand correctly, the content of that .bat file is executed automatically anyway right after the update process is complete and the .bat file is there just in case for long-term usage?
The generated batch script is mostly used to disable and remove schedule tasks if the updating proces is pending, those tasks gets recreated after restarting the system nevertheless, i will add option to skip creating that
