I have some files from an earlier version of Windows that I cannot access. When I look at the security tab for the files it says System, Account Unknown and Administrators. The only way I can do anything with the file is to add Everyone and give it full control. It's a work around but it's a PITA. I tried changing the permissions on the parent folder but it was already set to Everyone. Is there a workaround for this problem? Is there a way I can batch change a set of files and set their permission to Everyone? Thanks
