These seem to be linux based recovery media, not WinPE.

Yes, if you want PE based, you can build it yourself, see my message #15 in this thread (currently only up to TrueImage 2013).

I have bought Paragon Hard Disk Manager 12. But Im not using it. As I tried it was difficult to understand, so Acronis is more user friendly.

I am using Paragon HDM Pro 12. It has a lot of advanced features, but you also get a simple interface with the express launcher. Works perfectly for me.

Aomei backupper is excellent for a free program.

I would be very careful with ATIH 2013 WD Free Edition. I have had nothing but grief with it and it seems the mess that the messy ATIH full (at least for me) has been messed up even further with the WD edition. I installed it, and found it to be total crap and 100% unreliable (ATIH 2011 WD Free was 100% reliable). So I uninstalled it. That is where the problems started. It put an Acronis Loader entry into the BIOS. Now I could not recover from windows as Acronis restarted the system on restore but got back to windows in a minute without doing anything. Perhaps the boot loader was conflicting. Tried everything but could not remove te BIOS entry. So I thought that like the previous full editions, ATIH has made a hard to find loader file somewhere on my 5 hard disks. This was never a problem in the old free edition.

So I deleted (not formated) all hard disks and filled it up with data. That took a day and in some hurry, I deleted some 400-500GB of movies. Still the entry remained in the BIOS. Tried even deleting the boot disk, reinstalling windows, and wiping the boot disk but still the entry remained. I thought the only way out would be send the mobo to ASUS for getting this corrected. Loading optimised defaults did not help. Finally out of frustration, I downgraded the BIOS using ASUS BIOS Flashback and that really cured the problem. No entry for Acronis Loader in BIOS. I have had enough of Acronis for a while and I did not learn at all from my previous experience in 2010 when also I had to delete/rebuild all disks.

I use Acronis True Image since 2008 and can say that the latest versions became more stable, I mean 2013 and 2014 version, moreover they include plus pack addon to the latest 2014 version and called it acronis premium edition, this version will be helpful for those who want restore the image to a brand new hardware.
