The activate.cmd is only to be used with the scheduled task. You need to set the KMS host to 127.0.0.1 only once and the H3GVB key is installed by default in VL editions.
I got the same screen on my computer as well. Maybe they did not add office 2010 to the wat system yet.
That's odd. I will check my copy on win7 and see what it says later. The one I checked was the select volume edition on XP pro x32 with the KMS emulator. The one on 7 is a copy again of the Select Volume Edition only with a genuine MAK product Key.
If you had Office 2007 on that machine, even if you delete 07, and install Office 2010 it keeps some files from 07 and will show that you are validated genuine. I did this, then I formated and re-installed Windows and only installed Office 2010, now it shows no Office product eligible. Hope this clears it for you.
KMService.exe is now flagged by Microsoft Security Essentials as "HackTool:Win32/Keygen". Luckily, I had real-time protection turned off, so it didn't automatically delete it on me.
Yes that is true. This is true from at least 3-4 days and is flagged off if you run it afresh. Did not flag it previously from around late-April. I am referring to the Tuvi's method which I have been using, and which was not flagged off earlier. As of now, MSE only gives a warning on my settings (default MSE) and asks for further action. I allowed it to run!!!. Had no problems before and trust the downloads from this site and its developers.
So pretty much that should me that in the next week or less all the virus people should start flaggin it as a hacktool/keygen wow that just blows...
