I have a Vaio computer with a pre-installed office 2010. When starting office I get the option to either enter a key, or to use the starter version. I tried to activate it with mini-KMS v1.053, but I got the error message "the software protection platform service is not installed". How do I go about fixing this?
Thanks for the quick reply. Should I then un-install the current version and download the one you have as first link? If so there was something around if to use 32/64/84 bit which I didn't understand (sorry, not very good at this), can you give some guidance?
