santoshcoolhere guess you dont read to well mate as in the first post it says quite clearly that you must keep the number at 292 and as your picture shows yours is 321 and that's why is has not worked for you mate so as for crippling your system do it right and you might get better results

i don't get people any thing you do now will get deactivated when win 7 comes out you don't think microsoft don't keep eye on these types of forums your only helping them let them work for they mega pay packets
maybe someone can find out why the product code with 292 will activate it? there must be a reason for it.
you fool it in to thinking its a oem. this is not a crack it a mod. you do not crack your bio you mod. vistaloader modifies the part the the memory that as the slic table in it it dos not crack it a crack.) the process of defeating the protection. but thay did not defeat it they fooled it so thay are not cracks
the reason the -292- PID activates windows is because it is an RC PID. So Windows knows that it will take an RC key. This will mean 2 things, either your OS just won't update or MS will release an update to throw you into RFM.
okay.thanks.i kinda figured that out later but didnt post back.(it was getting late)i tried those tweaks etc,to get it to say 292,but it wouldnt work.you say that when you select gen key and install key with 3.1 that it will fail.when i do it,it works.generates a key and installs it?so i must have done something wrong.there will be other options soon, but thought i give it a try.have a good one.
also have to click control panel,click folder options.on the top of the window select view tab.then select show hidden files folders and drives.in order to see appdata in the second step.
Fully agree with Yen. Cool down and wait for the SLIC 2.1 bios mods. With Vista it worked for me over two years now without any problems. IMO the SLIC bios mod is the one and only real deal. Clean and safe !
I wouldn't say the slic BIOS mod is 100% 'safe' as you can still brick a mobo if the bios mod isn't done right, I know from experience as I had to RMA a mobo after a BIOS mod bricked my board, but hey, that's the risk you take!!
@ Barry, i don't think they meant bios mod is 100% safe in that sense they meant i wont be knocked out like some loaders or activation cracks
run the script from cmd "slmgr.vbs -dlv" to see if it is truly activated once you run that script, it will show you the expiration date of June 1, 2010 with the 3 rearm
hohoho listen, this is playing around (modding) don't take this too serieus!. Anyone who thinks they have cracked win7 .. duhhh wrong .. But its fun and for those who are still complaining being not so succesfull.. buy the real thing... like i'm gonna do.... Rearming (changing registry) is a form of modding also.... but when its in the software (function) there are no complains.... hmmmmm Sorry if you have trouble to understand mine lines.. i will stick to using loaders instead of modding my bios. i have been using the vista loaders on vista without any issues at all.
i just did a clean install and got 292 back.now do i try again?hmmm decisions decisions.what the hell got nothing to lose.going to create a restore point in case something goes wrong.will post back.
