Regardless of the scripts used, all activation methods have a limited longevity until M$ slams the door again! (as will be reported by overenthusiastic Neowin “journalists“ )

But don’t panic! A new workaround will be in place by then with new scripts and virginal data.dat’s

important: if you visit the M$ store, it may try to validate your activation and flag it as non genuine when you download apps - it is also advisable not to leave your credit card details with M$ servers if you're tempted to buy any apps!

an 'App' is an Application that has been amputated by limited functionality, various restrictions and missing features and of course the inclusion of Ads!!!!!

VAMT 2.0 retrieves information locally, it doesn't forces check activation against online until you choose to, now just right click on the genuine and choose activate with online activate (current credential ). now you will get the non genuine status provided you have used one of the by-pass method here.

 

I called today Microsoft to know once forever if my WMC key will expire after Jan.2013 and their answer is my key will remain genuine and yes i can activate Windows after the offer expires.After that offr expires those who want updrade their systems with WMC must pay 15 EUR for it (after 31.January 2013).All I have to do in future Windows installation will be to first activate Windows Pro with purchased key and then activate with WMC key.

Error code 0xC004C008 = The activation server determined that the specified product key could not be used.

What and how are you trying to activate?

 

oh no! i activate Windows with kms nano and then i installed the pro mcp... now it's not antivated D: oh sh*t

I've not released anything for Windows 8 and my loader for Vista, 7 and Server will continue to work past any date.

Most dates people give are always wrong or it's just FUD.

am replace data.dat with my data.dat n enter my legit key!

 

Hi, same problem resolved with:
firefox,
typing the e-mail adress (not copy/paste),
type captcha code, you will get message like process ok,
close firefox and deleted all history forms from it (cookies,....),
reopen firefox and remake the same step.
PS: i have used " yopmail.com " adress.
