there is a dif between the first one and the second one, u can't activate the second one with the Store backup of the first one and vice versa, it wont work at all. I tried it with my Probook with 2330M cpu and another same pc/MB but has 2350m cpu and did not work.
I followed also the "Road" for activation I just comfirm that the backup only works with the spec computer (like normal) Tried for fun with other CPU and could not restore (as accpected )
Activation is linked especially to the mainboard. You may change other components like CPU, HDD... and you don't need to activate for that. if you change the mainboard ( motherboard ), even with one identicall it will became un-activated. Backup may work on a new computer - using the data.dat from the activated one, if you use a new WMC key - there is a topic about this workaround.
