activation problem of ONLY MS Visio 2013 (other office 2013 were activated before)

First of all this is my 1st post cheers to everyone.

My operating system Windows 7 - 64 Bit. My MS Office below are also 64 bit. I'll give all detail I can below:

I downloaded an MS Office 2013. Info of the ISO is below:

then, I activated MS Office 2013 above using the Microsoft Toolkit 2.5. It's running like a charm, it's activated and getting the updates. I got all updates.

However I needed to use MS Visio. Since my ISO file above includes only Visio Viewer I downloaded file below:

while I was installing MS Visio 2013, by the help of setup.exe I choosed "remove previous visio and upgrade visio". so I uninstalled Visio Viewer and upgraded to MS Visio Professional 2013 64 Bit.

For the time being, I can use MS Visio Professional 2013 64 Bit but I couldn't activate it.

I tried process below:
1 - with Microsoft Toolkit 2.5., I used it's PRODUCT KEYS > Microsoft Office 2013 > Visio Professional > Check

after pressing 'Check' a key appeared on screen of Microsoft Toolkit 2.5. I copied that key and applied to MS Visio Professional 2013 64 Bit.

Visio says that "it is activated". Status seems activated also. BUT after I restart my computer and open visio I always see that Visio is unactivated. So I couldn't achieve a permanent activation for my MS Visio Professional 2013 64 Bit.

I don't want to uninstall all and download a different office ISO. So I hope you can help me to activate ONLY my MS Visio Professional 2013 64 Bit permenantly.
