    Really?

I tried Win7 Toolkit 1.8, install patch and then uninstalling it, and everything was as if nothing happened (28 days left to activate).

Why do you think I will have to reinstall?

I don't know so much about all this staff, I only know that science and technology are going to fast in time and I ask my self fi MS don't have the tools to "restore" ( in some way ) the corrupted filles the people change to ativate or extend the trial period, they will never give for free to try Windows 7. This can be made automatically by internet.
The only thing can not proof MS by internet is if your machine is a OEM manufacturer, they will never ( I think!! ) go and visit you home. The only way to activate Windows in a safe way is a bios mod. I agree with Yen in this aspect. So please don't waste your time. Just be patient and wait for the first Cert and OEM key to appear. You are free to do experiments maybe you find a solution. Why not.!!

The reason why bios mod will likely survive unmolested in the foreseeable future is not becasue it's diffcult to counteract, it's becasue the economic impact of this hack is too small.

Mate, get your fact straight! Real Australian boomerang doesn't come back -- it's intended as a hunting weapon. One day some white dude got ahold of one and made a fly-back mod. The mod, which was totally free, spread like wild fire. As a result, most of the aboriginals starved to death. The nation of Australia was officially born.
    End of story.

That was definitely a mod. A boomerang with a crack would have split up mid-flight, and a boomerang with a loader would never have taken off.

I don't really understand this, but are you saying they'd cancel keys because of BIOS mods? That wouldn't solve anything. Re-mod for new key. End. >_>

He is talking about VLK keys..You can't just "Re-mod for a new key". OEM SLP keys will be around for as long as the big OEMs preactivate machines. VLK is a different animal..They blacklist these keys on a whim it seems..

Not to say that a blacklisted key wont install, they wont activate online or pass WGA.

    Super simple:
    ren %systemdrive%\windows\system32\sppcomapi.dll sppcomapi.dll.bak
    Use it forever.

As soon as you said VLK, the answer was obvious..... Didn't need to go into detail. >.>

and what happens in windows7system if biosclock change to 2020...all works?
problem is, if a windowsupdate comes and rewrites this dll....then also useless^^
i cant believe that it should be so easy and works permanently

Technically, it's an RFM nag remover which stops slui.exe from changing the desktop background and from nagging you to activate. It works by deleting a file in system32 called sppcomapi.dll which is the weak spot in the system and does the dirty work but by deleting or renaming it truncates the Nags and popups while actually sterilizing the activation reminder system so that it has no effect.
