Yea latest LCU is minimum required if you're not using .1 ISO's (doesnt even exist for all versions) but I'd go for all latest updates anyway

how to remove source language after adding news language?

 

i need some help.i want to do an updated and FR translated version of Iot LTSC 2024..So I take 26000.1 version and langpack cab, and how can I choose Fr version and remove US and to know which updates I need to put in UUP folder...and keep only IoT LTSC version
With UUP downloader I dl only .9177..Do I need to put all files kike deployment cab and aggregatemetadata??

1. download enterprise ltsc iso in your language
2. download uup-converter, use create_virtual_editions.cmd to create iot enterprise ltsc (ConvertConfig.ini: vAutoEditions=IoTEnterpriseS; vDeleteSource=1)
3. update that iso with w10ui

current updates set for w10ui (patch tuesday):

Still 1 question: LTSC have not the same requirements than IoT LTSC, about TPM, and more.so if I start from LTSC to IoT LTSC with your tweaks, does it have the same as a true IoT LTSC??

Yes, when it is created the IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC index will not enforce the windows 11 requirements.

 

I have convert and update the ISO, but is it possible to keep only IoT LTSC system and remove/delete N version. I want to keep only normal IoT LTSC edition ISO..

Not tested.
Personally, I'm keeping LTSC.

 

You can manually remove the indexes you don't want or use this tool, just select what you want to keep and what file format you desire:

ps, next time when you use the "create_virtual_editions.cmd" script you can do what is suggested in the post by @migascalp above this one.

Nope that can't work, LTSC is not Pro related.

He can use the option but not for Pro, deletespourcee =1 will delete the source he made IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC from and that would be Enterprise 2024 LTSC or the 2021 version

Because before updating the ISO, I always extract (wimextract) index 1 so that only that one is updated, and then create the virtual IoT LTSC edition.

 

LTSC is not made based on non LTSC, only the LTSC SKU's can be made based on eachother, there is nothing to test, it is simply not possible.

Since the source is LTSC, I thought it would work.
Apparently, it only works with the standard edition.

 

W10UI supports manually selected indexes
you could press 8 (install.wim selected indexes: ALL) and select the ones you want to update / keep

so again:
1. get ltsc iso in your language
2. create virtual editions with create_virtual_editions.cmd
3. update that ISO with W10UI, press 8 to select indexes you want to get in the final image
