Hi! @a1406, Would you one more time check 10240 x32 & x64 en-US in 7zip your attached txt list? It is look like es-MX. Because when I put en-US LP x32 or x64 for culture code, but during cmd executed will display error and it was shown es-MX. Please.. Thank you.
Oh, One More thing what I found error was that If I used source ISO recently leaked 10240.16425.150802-1600.TH1_CLIENTPRO-CORE_OEMRET_X64FRE_ZH-CN.ISO to add any culture code of Pack and LP which is based on 10240.16384.150709-1700.TH1 ISO, even created MU ISO but error will displayed during cmd exercuted. Is this script only apply to 10240.16384.150709-1700.TH1 based or universal 10240? Sorry keep bugging you. Thank you.

I want to create an AIO containing win 10 (Pro, Home, Enterprise) altogether. I have win 10 Multi-Edition ISO [Pro, Home] (EN-GB), win 10 Enterprise (EN-US). I am unable to integrate these two ISOs into single ISO as these two ISOs have different default languages. So, I want to change the default language of Win 10 Multi Edition ISO EN-GB into EN-US so that I would be able to create an AIO. How can I do that ? Please help me in this regard. Thanks.
Abb's Script is not meet for you. There are many torrent homebrew ISO AIO en-US x32 (home, pro, ent, LTSB) and x64 (home, pro, ent, LTSB) or combined x32/x64 who created by murphy78 and generation2. If you are learning about how to create win10 AIO, this script is not that one but It is not hard to create Win AIO. Search MDL "Win 8 AIO create manually" it can guide for you.
@abbodi, I added 5 Asian LPs to 1511 AIO(5in1) x64 en-US and 1511 AIO(5in1)x86 en-US respectively and it works perfectly. Thank you, you were valuable time and effort. Next I'll to test for adguard's AIO with install.esd ISO after convert to .wim. Once again thank you.

I know the way how to do that, (but with only one linguige), you just need to move your converted install.esd to win 8 or win 10 source and burn your windows.iso and finally my question is: how to add language support to boot.wim from win 8/10 ... I would like to make windows 7 x64 with more than 6 languiges and with install.esd insteed of install.wim Thanks and sorry for my english...
Well, you will need to first use w8.1/w10 script on w8.1/w10 ditribution to make it multilingual unfortunately, that will require updating there install.wim as well then delete w8.1/w10 install.wim and add win7 install.esd
Thank you for quick answer. I tried it by using w8.1 script with "en_windows_8.1_pro_vl_with_update_x64_dvd_6050880.iso" Integrated 6 languages and when i build iso with my install.esd it didn't work.
