Add spelling/language proofing to Office 2013 Pro?

    I wish to proof check Word/Outlook/etc in German in Office 2013 Pro but I cant seem to be able to do it. I dont want to change the user interface.

    Where can I download here to enable this in Office programs?

    Nothing from what I can see he should just click the Herunterladen button that goes to another page where you can select to download proofingtools_de-de-x86.exe 18.9 MB or proofingtools_de-de-x64.exe19.1 MB.
