@Atari800XL did you have to kms first before using the WMC key

 

win 8 pro must be activated otherwise no MC

 

thx hbhb, ended up making my own install dvd with wmc included en using the free wmc-key to activate witch worked fine. Only prob is that you can not use it for upgrade, has to be fresh install

I have Windows N, will i be able to get a copy of WMC even though iam an un-activated?

 

I am not sure on that one I have only used the RTM version and I think you need to be activated to apply the WMC key successively

 

Regarding using the WMC keys I managed to reactivate a VM on the same PC 4 times with the same key Then i Decided to make Win8 my main OS tried using the same key and it didn't work had to use a new key so the MS activation server dose pick up on hardware changes
