Add Windows Media Center to Windows 8 Pro for FREE

    This my screenshot is from: Windows 8 Professional VL x64 Czech language
    I activate via cmd:
    slmgr.vbs -ipk NG4xxxxxxxx
    slmgr /skms win8kms4.mooo.com
    slmgr.vbs -ato

    and now microsoft send me key for WMC but when I click on "Computer"->"View details about activating windows"->"Activate using the new product key" and paste this new key, windows write me "The specified product key is not in this edition of Windows 8 work" :/ any help?

    activation via kms is in all three steps good

    After entering "add features" into search I had to click on the 2nd or 3rd Icon on the right and then it showed up.

    I also let my win 8 pro get all the latest updates. I don't know why it's not showing for you after you search -add features- click on settings. It doesn't show on my computer anymore after I installed wmc.

    I just received my WMC Key

    Was activated by KMS (slmgr -ckms to clear kms server info)

    1. I was offline and went in System Properties "Control Panel > System"
    2. Click "Add new features....." and insert a new key... system restarted 2x... WMC installed but system no activated.
    3. I activated by phone

    Correct me if I am wrong here I should be able to upgrade using the wmc key then I can make a Advanced tokens manager backup and a image of my new installation and I should be able to restore to that at any time in the future even after the 31st December ?

    I will do a test as soon as my keys arrive

    Sadly, I'm still waiting on my key. Now that I have the code to get a $15 Pro upgrade, I'm going to install it soon on my laptop. I'm tempted to try to get another $15 promo code to install Win8 on my desktop. The only problem with that is that I want to still dual boot with Win7, so I guess I'd have to install Vista or something to upgrade from. (I'm currently dualbooting with Server 2012, but I'd prefer to switch to Win8)
