Your probably right but if it doesn't affect anyone negatively then theres no harm either. I just used the same servers given my freestyler to give to MasterDisaster to do script. It can always be changed by you if you open the .cmd and edit it accordingly Sincerely timesurfer
With Master Collection CS4, I've only had "activate.adobe.com" in my hosts file since I installed it without any problems. I've installed all the updates and it's still working. With that said, I am still adding all of the rest of the servers when I install CS5, you don't want to take any chances and as someone else said, the additional servers don't hurt anything.
I have heard that multiple times but when I first received the shadyman script it had only 15 servers blocked now we have 17 so whatever works I guess...lol And yea no harm done
Yes we can add entries to the hosts file but what I want to know is whether those amtlib.dll file(s) are required as they were in CS4
Nope in fact many claim that they weren't needed although I did use those licence expiry files myself
Yeah, I never used the .dll's with CS4, just installed it as a trial, ran the keygen and blocked the activation server, no problems at all. We should be good to go with CS5 as well.
i hope someone here will find another workaround for this anoying nag screen problem, this way is a little bit to much for my taste.
