@WIKIMACK Simply you can copy the Advanced Tokens Manager.exe and the Windows Activation Backup folder for an safe storage. If you have it on a next install you can flawless restore the activation by clicking in "Activation Restore".
Hi everyone hello, Josh I used v3.3 after formatting , works perfect the v3.5 BETA 2 was asking for .net even it's on the system so I restart try it again and works perfect great job and many thanks
Now I'm working on this release.. Improving and adding the full support to Office 2010 AND 2012. Flat interface as the 'METRO' of Windows 8 is being worked..
Hi. I think i've found a bug. I have done some test with vm and after several tries i realized that if you try to install KB2756872, KB2768703 and KB976002 updates from windows update after you successfully restored a previous activation with this software, you will get an error and the updates don't install. For being sure about this, i have tried this thing too: New VM, fresh install OS, no activation restored (so system unactivated) and all the updates went fine. Same VM, fresh install OS, activation restored by this software and unable to install error of the listed KB updates appears again. As i said, all test done in vmware. Thank you for support.
This software never touches on any Windows file. It trust replaces only core Activation files using the same state of the older. This error is common and have many facts. A Internet problem is the most of the causer. Will be strange if this app is the problem of it. I haven't seen this problem using a restored Windows 7 MAK on my Virtual Machine. Your activation can't be blocked to flawless download all updates also.
@josh cell Thank you for your answer. I know that this is strange but all the tests i've made have the same result. Clean VM without restored activation works flawless. Clean VM with ONLY activation restored with this software will show the problem. I will try with the new beta too and report back to you. Thank you for the moment. UPDATE: I finished to do my tests again. Same results with beta3: with the clean VM, all the updates went good. If i restore the activation, then run windows update again, the updates KB2756872, KB2768703 and KB976002 will not install. After the computer is restarted it says "unable to configure updates" and it reverts the changes. This is not a case: i did it 5 times. Maybe it's a vmware workstation 9 bug?
The activation is flagged as Genuine? What's the activation channel? When the activation is blocked from the Microsoft Servers isn't abnormal occur problems with Windows Updates.
Hallo I would like to do a clean install of OEM WIN7 Premium on a new SSD disk I purchased for my notebook. Will Advanced Tokens Manager work in this case or the hardware has to stay exactly the same? Is it possible to take out the old HDD and change for SSD for a new installation? I don't want to use the system recovery DVDs I've created as they contain the bloatware from Asus. Thank you for advice.
