I'm trying to back up Office 2013 on Windows 7 (Windows back up done smoothly), but when I switch to back up Office, ATM detect Visio (besides Office 2013 I have Visio and Project installed). View attachment 20705 When I start activation back up it show "Sorry, the product key detected not mach with your installed licence..." and showing last 5 digits of Office licence. View attachment 20706 When I insert the entire licence number, the message persists but ATM changes last 5 digits of the licence - this time Project licence. Again, When I insert the entire licence number, the message persists and ATM changes last 5 digits - now Visio licence. When I insert the entire licence number, the ATM finishes job, but checking in the config ini file inside Office Activation Backup folder, it's saved Product Version: Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 with all 3 licences? Please help! Cheers!
Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 are the product secret to the all the Office products in your case. Differently of the Windows, the Office can store more than one product per license data, so will be displayed only the 'product secret' that you will have to install on the next restore. You need to install the Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 on the new installation, the installation of the Project is optional, but it also will be activated when you are restoring if you have input the key during the backup. With the Microsoft Office backup module, you can make the backup of these tree products: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio. All these activation data is stored on the same place, so don't worry if you only can see the Visio description, the Office and Project activation data also are on this folder. Remembering that you can not restore this activation on Windows 8 because the Office 2013 Activation system that is completely different from the Windows 7.
This new version is the same RC 3 but with detection fixes... You can use the RC 3 without any problem. This RC 4 will fix the backups made on Windows 8 and Office if it has the 'and' scope. For example: With RC 3 you can not restore an Office product that have the 'and' inside the version, like: Code: Product: Windows 8 Pro with Media Center and Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 Now it will look as: Code: Product: Windows 8 Pro with Media Center & Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013
i have install win8 enterprise with clean system after that, im install office pro plus 2013 after that, im activate win8 and office 2013 after that, im rum ATM => only can do backup and restore win8, u can saw image above i cant saw tab for office backup n restore activation
I know it ... im activatio win8 and office 2013 by telephon i have try to backup, but only win8 can do because only ask key for win8 (no ask key for office 2013) but, if im uninstal office 2013 tab for office activation n restore wil be shown but no office for backup. what happend
Check the keys on the Config.ini. If the application have not asked for the key and it is not on the Config.ini -> Your Office is not activated permanently.
So you have the Microsoft Windows 8 Enterprise & Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 backup inside this folder... Reinstall the OS and install the Office Professional Plus 2013 then you will be able to restore it.........
