Thanks for the application. I tried using it, but not sure what I did wrong.
I was using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1 OEM when the backup was taken. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 OEM, but the restore fails.

Here is the log for the same:

Have you changed any part of the hardware?

This tool works for Server 2012 R2 but it needs to be activated by phone...

No hardware changes. Right after the installation I installed the .Net 4 and ran the restore.

I think the ISO that I used might be incorrect.
Although, I did confirm before installation that the new install was that of Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, I am not sure if that would work for 32-bit OEM.

    Could you please confirm?

    Thanks!

EDIT: Or perhaps point me to the correct download for Windows 7 Ultimate OEM 32-bit.

Is it possible to backup Office 2013 activation on Windows 8.1? The part where it should say Office Backup Activation dosen't appear on the program for some reason, I have Pro Plus VL version, activated with phone.

In Windows 8 and 8.1, Office 2013 licensing is married to the Windows one. So you have to backup and restore both together, through the Windows Activation Backup tab.

Problem with restoring backups on same system Win7/Win8.1 but different hdd/ssd

    Hello all,

I am using ATM v3.5 RC5 and I can neither successfully restore a office10 nor office13 backup on the same system when I use a different harddrive or ssd for testing.
Also I receive sometimes a CRC missmatch error message when trying to restore an office10/13 or win81 activation backup for the same system. By the way I would like to know to what file the CRC Code is referring to. Could I replace it then?

So restoring seems to work only on the running hdd that I have used to create the office backup. Is the guess correct?
Or is there a special procedure required to create a backup for one system that definitely works on each hdd or ssd connected? (e.g. order of installation?, no re-installed office versions?)

    Thank you

Only on Tuesday, I used ATM successfully to restore my legal windows 8 and office 2010 activation. This was after replacement of a hard disk and a preferred fresh install done.

    Okay, thank you.

Than I will first check if I did wrong by activating Win8 and then after installing Office13 trying to activate it all again with the combined system backup Win8+Off13.

I tried to use ATM V3.5 RC5 to backup my phone activated Windows 8.1 Pro and Office 2013.
It show the Product key "xxxxxxxxx" and License Status is "This windows copy has been activated"
    When I press "Activation Backup"
I encountered "Sorry, the Product Key not match error" :( It show the "Last 5 characters of the real licence" yyyyy which is different from the last 5 character of the product key.
What product key do I need to input into the box? How do I find out the product key of the real license?
Also in the instruction, it mentioned "The application haven't detected the correct Product Key on the registry and you need to enter manually.
Is necessary for the correct Activation Restore, the Product Key is stored on Config.ini file."
To enter manually, which registry string that the product key should go?
Where to find the Config.ini file?
    TQ for your help.
