Microsoft may release Desktop Optimization Pack 2012 with Aero feature as an option.... Why some of the users don't want to see Aero on Windows 8
The guy is actually a developer into the Windows 8 team, he took the removed source code from DWM and reinstated it.
I know that guy, he has send me a couple of e-mails concerning secret online casino tricks and his wife wants to funnel a large amount of money out of Nigeria because their uncle just died! Now that I had known he has access to the Windows source code, I will have a second look at his offers.
If it's meant to a joke, it's a really bad joke, why should somebody put a curse on another guy's uncle when he doesn't even know the guy at all?
LOL ...on the scale of 10 points, I give you 11 ...also also know that guy, he offered me loan of 1 million USD for really nice interest rate and also he runs superb eshop with A-grade quality Chinesse goods (NokLa, Panafonic, Mapple etc.).
This is only the right point to believe in it, and to trust to(if is really Microsoft employee, or better Developer into GUI section) Only the developer and it's head master know how to stabily get back Aero (connecting all the dll to dwm.exe) ...it can still may be a Microsoft plan B to save the circumstances
LOL, that's also my suspicion, MS has publicly announce they will abandon aero-glass, if they put it up again, it will be a total joke. But if somebody provide it thru another channel, then they could just keep their faces.
They could even call it Windows Blue! I think that it's kind of funny, when Aero was introduced I know a lot of people complained and talked about how the glass effect was cheap and ugly. Then Microsoft removes it and now people complain about not having it. I liked it myself, and preferred it to the flat version in Windows 8, but eh. It'd be nice to have it as an option, but if it required additional program installations and the like I doubt I'd use it.
IDK why people complained about having aero, considering that classic look was always an option. Maybe they missed xp luna?
if thats the case, he can do the same for start menu and start button. he can add the removed code back and we'll have start button and start menu back in windows 8.
^^ first trick works. i posted a topic about it a few hours before which is still waiting for approval from mods. second method will not work because enable transparency checkbox has been removed in rtm.
1. The code has been removed too long ago, if he reintroduces it there will be a massive incompatibility regarding the overall changes during this time 2. He maybe likes Aero Glass, but the whole UX team worked hard to remove the start button & menu.
