After upgrade W10 from W8 Pro retail slmgr shows install key ?!

    Yes it is correct. Please take time to read as this info is already available. All valid windows 8.1 systems upgraded to Win 10 will convert to this 3V66T key. KMS activated 8.1 upgraded to Win 10 will show activated with a MAK key, a clean install of an upgraded kms will show as retail activated with the 3V66T key. I verified this by testing this out.
