The point of having the Quicklaunch toolbar is that you can remove the bigger icons that are pinned to your taskbar, and take up so much valuable space. With the Quicklaunch bar, you can choose to only display a couple of small icons, with the rest being somewhat hidden until you click on the 2 right arrow symbols, which will display a pop-up menu containing all the rest of the icons you have in Quicklaunch. Using this method, you need not have a single one of any large icon pinned to the Taskbar proper. However, I will admit, a lot of people actually like to pin those large icons all across their Taskbar. Fine by me, it's their system. That is the point. Chaser
