    Sorry Tito, cannot find a v2.03 BIOS upgrade on Acer's european server, only v1.08 (mine). Upgrading a non-US notebook with a US specific BIOS version sounds risky...

    I am trying to d/l modded bios for aod250 but the links listed are not working....could someone help with a link to this please,new to this forumtried searching but not having much luck..thanks for any help

    Serg008, please:

    Should I do something before flashing my Acer notebook under DOS environment? If I'm not wrong, some infos (like model/serial number) could get lost after a successfull flash and should be backed-up before flashing and re-inserted using some kind of tool I don't remember. Is it right?

    On What bios (notebook model) you talking about?
    Try to flash from Windows.

    Is this possible?

    Flashing BIOS coming from a different model? eg. BIOS of Aspire 4937G to the Unit of Aspire 4935G?
